I go to open a business account up i had 10k to put into the account to get started and I did the app online and it denied me so I go into the branch and the teller says just bring us your EIN papers and we will get this started. Mind you I am holding this cash to put into the bank they never even call me back! So I call only to ve told they dont want to allow me to have a business account with them....totally unprofessional and definitely don't appreciate new business dont waste your time folks!

Always shutting my card off for no reason, shut it off due to dumbshit that it shouldn't have been shut off for and they put fraud holds without telling you and they don't have the support you need when it happens.
