My mother recently visited citizen bank and had an extremely disappointing experience. She sat for an entire hour without receiving any assistance, despite being repeatedly told, “one minute.” Meanwhile, employees stared at her but never once approached to help. She eventually left without receiving any service at all. It truly seemed as if she was being ignored due to her race, which is completely unacceptable. Too many fees. The person who open my account was nice however, Citizens Bank as a company is very hard to deal with. Called three times and they couldn't find a record of my calls. They are worth 18.02 billion today and they refuse to give better phone service.
