The crew is very unprofessional. Bank manager was laughing at frustrated customer who was having a problem with their account instead of helping like a normal person. The bank teller was just as bad

The Citizens Bank located at 1501 Michigan Ave., Detroit (corner of Trumbull Ave.) has some of the most helpful/professional Staff.
ATM keeps the money it should have returned and cancels the transaction, keeping the money. This has happened twice now and I'm infuriated. Don't trust this location.
