I went here today to get my statements printed and I believe the supervisor she is told me I have the app I can get them from there ? Yes I know I can but I needed them printed for a reason and told me I was holding up the line with just 1 person behind me smh very unprofessional if you ask me very rude !!!
Worst banking Institute I have multiple accounts with them abruptly they sent me a letter stating that they are ending our banking relationship for no apparent reason would not give a reason. I have thousands and thousands of dollars sitting in their account and they will not release it to me they keep on stating A closing date will be notified at first it was December 13 then December 26 now January 10 this is been going on for over a month.
