I have an account here I opened my accounts there in May/June 2024. It started out great, but since the new manager has taken over, access to the ATM is limited to daytime hours only and this has put a major dent in my lifestyle, I have no access to the ATM after the branch closes. I and the public use to have access, but not anymore since the new manager has been operating the branch. Just leaving there to get help from manager today said make an appointment. Not helpful at all. I.felt dismissed.
The system is always down, the atm is janky and no lie I seen a dude pleasing himself ine the atm lobby before. I told the worker she apologized and said “that should be happening less” t? u talm bout “less”.
I had one of the most horrible banking experiences when I went to this branch location.
