Great service and nice people
Excellent service
This bank and the madison one are terrible. Wouldn't print me a new debit card when it was clearly me had ID and answered everything right.
The citizens bank branches in Clinton and Madison are horrible. They have a branch manager that doesn’t return calls, customer service is awful and they have the lowest CD rates out of all of their competitors. I can understand why all their branches have such low ratings better financial institutions on the shoreline….
