The staffing is extremely inexperienced, I would not suggest using this particular branch.
When you use the app for your check they put half your money on hold for DAYS. I cant afford this. They told me there would be no problems. Absolute joke is what they are. I need my money right now.
I have received nothing but excellent service from everyone at this branch. Carol Graham was wonderful to work with during a difficult time for our family. I wish more people were as caring as she was.
Horrific customer service. I opened an account, then set up direct deposit and transferred money in through Venmo. Few hours later it said my account didn’t exist. I called customer service, they said they closed my account. I asked for a reason, they said they cant tell me over the phone, and to discuss with an in person representative. I did this, and they told me they knew nothing, could tell me nothing, and could not help me in any way. Horrible way to treat a new customer!
