Okay, sometimes things mess up. I had an international wire that didn’t go through but all the ladies at this location were so pleasant and kind and helpful that it was a breeze and fixed promptly with a smile so something that could have been an inconvenience was actually somewhat pleasant so I would be happy to bank your regularly if I lived closer
This review is for citizens as a whole , not the specific branch. Today I woke up to a transaction on another bank. As always , I transferred this money to my citizens' account. When I went to retrieve my money on my app for citizens , it said your account had been closed. Now , this was news to me , because I had no formal notification of a closure. Always a great experience with this branch. I went in for a cashier's check and needed a new card too. Jennifer was fantastic and attentive and helped me out greatly.
