OMG! The manager needs to step down and the customer service at the front is ridiculous unhealthy. In 2025 on one of my visit, another customer was so upset with her rudeness and that was minutes before she disrespected me that same day. The Manager refused to closed my account after she claimed that I was doing fraudulent on my account and she needs to dig deeper, after she could NOT find any fraudulent on my account, she decided to call some other office to dig deeper. The manager (Flutura) here at 859 WW has no sense of customer service. She has you make appointment with HER days away and then the day of pawns you off on someone unaware of your need. Please do better for your customers that are keeping you in business! We will never be back. It's worth the 5 mins drive to the next branch.
