Amazing and so kind and helpful!!! Karen solved our issue in 15 mins that bank of america told us 5-7 business days. I never write reviews but genuinely if there is someone who deserves all of the praise in the world it’s Karen!! She was actually the best and went out of her way to help us and it truly meant so much. Thank you so much!!!
I visit the Citizens branch in Melville every week, and I can honestly say the staff there is amazing. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and you can genuinely feel that they enjoy what they do. DO NOT USE CITIZENS BANK FOR YOUR MORTGAGE. DIDNT PAY MY PROPERTY TAXES OR PROPERTY INSURANCE OUT OF MY ESCROW ACCOUNT. TOOK 9 MONTHS TO CLOSE AND HAD A LIEN FROM MY TOWNSHIP AS THEY DIDNT PAY OUT TWICE IN THE FIRST YEAR OF MY NEW HOME MORTGAGE. HAD TO REFIANIANCE TO SWITCH MY MORTGAGE TO ROCKET MORTAGE WHICH IS THE BEST. LOANER BEWARE!!!!!

OMG! The manager needs to step down and the customer service at the front is ridiculous unhealthy. In 2025 on one of my visit, another customer was so upset with her rudeness and that was minutes before she disrespected me that same day. The Manager refused to closed my account after she claimed that I was doing fraudulent on my account and she needs to dig deeper, after she could NOT find any fraudulent on my account, she decided to call some other office to dig deeper.
