The manager (Flutura) here at 859 WW has no sense of customer service. She has you make appointment with HER days away and then the day of pawns you off on someone unaware of your need. Please do better for your customers that are keeping you in business! We will never be back. It's worth the 5 mins drive to the next branch.
I came here this week it was about 2 minutes from my job to cash a small check and possibly open an account, thinking I would be in and out instead it took 45 minutes. I met with the branch manager Flutura M who was very nasty she repeatedly kept saying I'm charging you 7 dollars which I kept repeating I didn't mind because I wasn't a member, she than told me to go to my bank .
