I received a phone call from Andrea 6/16/26 asking me to come in to discuss doing something with a fair amount of savings I have. She set up an appointment for 6/24/26 for 3:30pm. Remember, she called me to establish this appointment. On 6/24/26 I arrived at 3:20pm to find Andrea was not there. A woman working in the office told me she will be here in a while. I am presently in line for the drive through at Citizens in Southampton PA. Been waiting in line for 45 minutes. Finally I am at window, I was the third car when I arrived. Took 10 more minutes until someone addressed me at window telling me a simple check cash would take at least 25 more minutes. She is only person in the bank today. This is terrible service and I am unhappy with my experience. Not tellers fault, but this is poor customer service on the banks part.

We have been a Citizens Bank customer for a long time now, we never had issues when still lived at Parkwood in Philadelphia. We love the bank at Franklin Mills. But we moved to Southampton and this branch not sure if that lady is a manager but she is very rude and not approachable at all. I was depositing cash and was giving me hard time and asking me very pwrsonal queswhichnis irrelevant.
