I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The staff are extremely slow and, unfortunately, not very knowledgeable. Most of the questions I asked could not be properly answered, and it felt like they didn’t know how to handle basic banking issues. In particular, the young male cashier with long hair seemed completely unfamiliar with even simple procedures, which made the situation even more frustrating. This location is getting worse with every time I’m visiting the branch, not enough staff, not enough money, not enough right bills.
Their ATM will short-change you, and you will not be helped nor believed by staff. Best go to another bank if you want to avoid a lengthy dispute for what's rightfully yours.
