I gave one star because zero is not an option. Went in today and sat with Aniva. She is the person in charge of setting up business accounts. She is clueless and unprofessional. She took pictures of my documents with her personal cell phone and text the images to her manager for verification. This seemed so fraudulent. Also, she didn’t have a clue on how to examine the business documents and how to verify information at the NYS Department of State website. This location is an embarrassment. Please find competent staff.
Naima Sultana who is an Asst. Branch Manager at CITIZENS Bank ( Long Island city) is a model of exceptional service and professionalism. Her expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction make every visit a pleasure. Highly recommended for her outstanding support and guidance.

Thanks to all at this branch for outstanding customer service and genuine care for people. Special thanks to the branch manager miss Naima Sultana for going above and beyond to handle my banking needs!
