Aniva was very professional and helpful, I could tell she was smiling even over the phone!! Thank you for taking care of my concerns!!
I gave one star because zero is not an option. Went in today and sat with Aniva. She is the person in charge of setting up business accounts. She is clueless and unprofessional. She took pictures of my documents with her personal cell phone and text the images to her manager for verification. This seemed so fraudulent. Also, she didn’t have a clue on how to examine the business documents and how to verify information at the NYS Department of State website. This location is an embarrassment. Please find competent staff.
