Locked out of my accounts 20+ times over the last 5 years! I cannot wait to close my accounts. This time I needed to use my debit card and couldn’t access my account at all so it over drew the balance and now I have $100 in fees that I am not paying, you will refund me this amount and I will be coming in person to ensure that. It is absolutely unacceptable business practice, you are literally scamming me at this point. I am closing my accounts the second I get the chance. Worst bank ever
