I have been going to Citizens in Newtown Square for many years. Their customer service is excellent. Rose and Jennifer took time to explain any question asked and were very kind and considerate anytime I had a concern.
I visited the newtown square branch and was happily greeted by Elizabeth, blonde bank teller with glasses.. I typically do not visit a branch and do most of my transactions via mobile. I was amazed by how well i was treated during my visit. Elizabeth helped me with my large deposit and was very kind to me, i felt compelled to write this review because she had the WOW factor i look for when i do need to interact and visit a business.
