The atm outside of giant eagle in Washington is not working at all most of the time. On the rare occasion that it is working, the options are limited, you usually can’t make a deposit. The atm on Main Street inside the branch is just as bad. I haven’t had much of an issue with the one behind the bank but I shouldn’t have to go to 3 atms before I find one that’s up and running. DO NOT USE ANY CITIZENS BANK! They admitted to pushing charges through when money is not available. This only benefits them as they will then charge you a large fee to get back in the positive. They are robbing customers so ply because they can and we have no recourse. D no use them unless you don't care about what happens with your money. I'd rate them lower but you can't.
Very nice people work here and will answer your questions I would recommend citizens bank in Washington
