Within a week of me opening this account they sent an email stating my log in had been compromised. Within that same week they locked my account(could use my debit). I finally stopped into a citizens after two months because they’re not nationwide and got everything unlocked. Literally four days later I tried to do a transfer again and they locked my account again. Not worth the hassle.
Do not bank here! Charged me $7 to cash a check from their bank! Ridiculous!!!

The atm outside of giant eagle in Washington is not working at all most of the time. On the rare occasion that it is working, the options are limited, you usually can’t make a deposit. The atm on Main Street inside the branch is just as bad. I haven’t had much of an issue with the one behind the bank but I shouldn’t have to go to 3 atms before I find one that’s up and running.
