This bank was such an amazing experience!! I went on the Friday that just passed. I lost my wallet AGAIN or else I had definitely asked for her business card. First I called to see if the bank was able to take a larger amount of money out and the man that answered was so nice and helpful. Then when I went in a woman with short dark hair and glasses that was there helped me. She was so so nice and went above and beyond!!! I had very strange and worst experience I walked in to the branch to withdraw the money from my account, the branch manager asked me if I opened my account online I said yes, she doesn't seem happy and the next thing I know my account has been blocked....
Branch Manager Barbara Gordon has poor customer service skills. I asked to speak with a bank representative in the office to close my mother’s bank account, whom recently passed, and Barbara asked personal questions about my mother's death, so other customers could hear. She then made a smart remarks while listening to me explain such a devastating personal story. THIS BRACH MANAGER IS HORRIBLE, Please don’t come here!!
