Horrible experience! They closed my account for no reason and the manager who I spoke with had a terrible attitude
Horrible experience dealing with this Bank I had the account for less than 2 weeks. Still have yet to receive my debit card after confirming my primary address is correct after 2 letters being mailed to me. I closed my account and opened one with another Bank. less confusion and headache.
The service at the branch is excellent! The staff is very professional and courteous. Barbara Gordon, Asst Manager is always ready to assist. Negative is that this branch is not open on Saturdays and Citizens needs more location.
I had one day to get a wire transfer or cashiers check to secure the mortgage on my first home. Unfortunately, the day I went to the bank, there was a system wide shutdown for these processes. I was in a total panic but Erica and her colleagues did everything they could to find a work around for this issue. They were so kind and understanding of my dilemma and they made sure I remained calm.
