** GO TO ANOTHER CITIZEN’S BRANCH ** Sad and depressing location. Bunch of empty booths and counters. I’ve been waiting 45 minutes for service, and still nothing. They don’t greet on entry. You’ll have to walk around to get somebody to tell you to sit down and wait. 2 parties that came before me already left. Incredible.
