Fast service, great team, Dalia the branch manager is exceptional.
So let's start at the beginning the first time I went to this Citizen Bank I was lied to by a teller telling me that something would take 10 minutes when it actually took a half an hour to do and then when I came back and deposited check I was told that the check would be cleared the next day which turned out to be another lie well let's not say lie let's say bending the truth just to get people out of their faces especially men of color it seems if you are a black person this is not a bank for us I went to the manager expla... read more
