Horrific customer service and terrible management. Would not recommend going to this location as no accommodations are made on the customers behalf. Hope things change soon…
The worst bank I've ever used. Hands down. Lowest interest rates. Everyone there just wants another sign up. They won't give you definitive information about app or dispute related issues like most other banks happily provide. Switched to a credit union faster than I could drop a subscription service. Citzens is trash.

There didn't seem to be a place on the website to provide feedback so I'm leaving here. I tried twice to schedule an appointment with a banker via the scheduling tool on the Citizens website. I took the option to have the banker call me. Both times the banker never called. I called the branch to check and they acted like they knew nothing of the appointment. Either fix the system of take it down. I am a Citizens customer.
