This place is insanely stupid. I went to repay my HELOC balance. They ended up CLOSING down my HELOC altogether. The worst part is that they don’t even tell you what they did. Complete utter insanity and the incompetence is beyond this world! Go to another bank for your banking needs.
Magna ,the person who lied to me today,she said that she can’t print out my bank statement for couple years,she’s not helpful and she’s siting her chair doing nothing,citizen bank paying her to lie to clients? I used to work at bank and I’m pretty sure that you can print bank statements in every case.So client doesn’t have to call customer service for that.
