Terrible experience banking while black. Closed my account just after my deposit without any explanation. Terrible phone service and in person experience. Overall awful institution
Will this bank keep their bank open so people can use their atm?
The WORST service. Waited in line for over 30 minutes to get up to the counter for them to tell me to stand on the side and wait another hour. I went to a previous citizens few days prior and never had an issue when my card was deactivated they looked at my bank account through my app and identification. Raphael is very unprofessional and they only have one banker working while he is staring at everybody as a manager definitely highly won’t recommend. I will drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to another citizens!
