Make sure you go through the fine print with ANY AND ALL PROMOTIONS. It's very unfortunate when you don't. Don't want anyoneissing out on money like I did. Also -- for the first few months I was receiving their early pay with direct deposit. For 3 weeks it stopped, I was getting my pay 1 day earlier. When I called the rep said their fine print tells customers the early pay is not guaranteed. So basically they sell us lies. Smh, very disappointed

ATM cash deposits never work, check deposits work sometimes and the lobby closes at 12am.
I truly do not like this bank, but the Spanish teller here was amazing. She made my banking experience with citizens so seamless. I really wish I could remember her name
