The staff here are amazing!
My experience at citizens Bank was a pleasant one. Friendly atmosphere along with wonderful customer service. The only downfall is lack of communication I find this to be so because of the information that I must obtain to receive a banking card, is such a headache. Between a lack of communication I am unable access funds at a reasonable ATM machine.. because of the lack of communication information pertaining to my card was not entered on the banks part. Jenn has a very passive aggressive attitude. I don’t think she should be working in customer service. Other than that what a great bank & friendly staff.
Love my local branch. Everyone is so nice and friendly and accommodating. Investors bank its self if by far one of the best accounts I have had. They are not like most banks, it's very easy to maintain fee free accounts and they dont even nickel and dime for debit card replacements or even most overdrafts. Could not be happier and can't wait to switch my business banking over soon. Not many branches but honestly with how little you need to go into a branch it's not really that big of a deal.
