Very frustrating experience at Citizens Bank. I went in for a simple request to get dollar bills (singles), and the staff flat-out refused without giving any proper explanation. This is basic service that a bank should be able to provide, yet the staff acted dismissive and unhelpful. The attitude I received made it feel like customers’ needs don’t matter at all. Yesterday I went to pay off my car loan, but the teller was not familiar with the business. She also said that their bank does not have car loan business. She asked me if I was sure it was their bank. I have been paying off my car loan here for 3 years. Other tellers are very good. Every time I come here, I just need to give them my account number and they can help me pay off my car loan. I told the teller yesterday very clearly that she should pay the normal payment.
