I deposited my check they are holding my funds for 20 DAYS. First, they told it’ll be available after three days, then seven days and then 20 days. Each time the bank manager promised me that I will receive my funds and the excuses changes every time. 🤬 This is causing me a lots of money because of bills not being paid and charges that I have to pay out of my own pocket.

No one available on a Saturday to open a new checking account so they expect customers should drive to a branch in another city just to do business with this bank.
I'm not happy at the moment due to the app telling me that my funds are available but the ATM won't let me withdraw them.
