And during that time I have tried to diversify with my other companies getting accounts at different banks and nobody can compete with a customer service that I have experienced at citizens at the Berea branch or the Strongsville branch. Had canceled an online service months ago but I kept getting charged. I was supposed to be contacted by an investigator to look into this matter but nobody contacted me. I received a letter in the mail saying that it was denied although there was no proof an investigation was ever conducted. I had my cancellation number from the original company and they couldn’t be bothered.
