So, I closed my checking account with Citizens bank on August 3th 2020, I cashed out my account, thanked the lady at the counter and then I deleted the app off my phone. ..its July 2021, I walked in to Citizens bank today to open a new account. Jared said he would help, I gave him my ID and he asked for my social, I obligated. He said Ma'am you already have an account with us. I told him I shouldn't, he showed me the screen.
