I came in near closing with a huge need from the staff. They were a great help in getting access to my money and patient with me while I got the funds in order on my account. An absolutely wonderful staff.

Very disappointing customer service. The branch manager appeared unprepared and uninformed. It took me three separate visits just to close my account—an unnecessarily frustrating experience.
Supposed to be closed at 13:00 on Saturday. I am here at 12:30 but already closed.
I think most of the negative reviews here are for HSBC, which Citizens acquired. I've also had less than stellar experiences with HSBC and can relate to those reviews. I'm surprised that Citizens inherited all the reviews from HSBC because the HSBC reviews are no longer relevant. I went into the branch today and had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
