Had a great experience earlier today when I came in to “reactivate “/start a new checking/ savings account. I had the wonderful opportunity of having Ray Mobley take care of me , he was absolutely fantastic.very polite, he made sure to explain everything in a way where I wasnt left completely confused and helped me set up my new account that works for me and all my banking needs .even had me laughing. I highly recommend Ray Mobley for any and all your banking needs at the Lakewoods, Madison ave( Birdtown) branch location
Unbelievable. I opened accounts here and a few days later they closed all 3 accounts, without notifying me and sent the checks to my home. They refused to give an excuse why they closed my accounts. But I have an "excellent" credit rating, no missed payments on anything, no criminal issues, (no nothing) and am opening a business because I just moved to Cleveland. I'll take my money across the street to Chase. I will not take this kind of treatment. Bye Citizens.
