Was here today with my elderly mother. This time as well as last time they can't help me here... I can go down the street to the other Citizens. Only one person in the bank and one employee. I will go down the street to a different bank company with mom's money. I left Citizens years ago due to fees. Saved myself thousands over the years. They can't handle real life.
