The ladies that checked me in we're absolutely five star!. As far as the rooms, the front lounge in my tour bus is bigger. Definitely not a room for more than one person. Rooms are very traveler unfriendly. The pillows were like sleeping on a log. But they were clean. There was no glass or Cup in the room to retrieve water to brush your teeth. You have to find housekeeping and ask for washcloths. The rooms are only equipped with hand towels and bath towels. Perhaps management should spend a few days in those rooms. They have... read more
I had a special request for my family staying at this location last week, and postponed reaching out to the hotel until last minute. The hotel handled my request with patience, grace and necessary urgency, and i specifically have Citizen Holly to thank.
Loved staying here and especially with the great customer service Andy provided during our stay. I would definitely recommend Citizen M
Great experience at the citizenM. Would highly recommend and Our bartender Andy was great!
Nice hotel, rooms are quite small. Heating system did not work and it was freezing at night. Unacceptable for the price.
