Love Citizen M wherever I go- This hotel has consistently delivered. The ambiance is always trendy and upbeat, the staff are beyond friendly, and the rooms are just so cool. Compact, comfortable and cozy. This particular hotel is also in a great location in Boston, sitting right across from a green line T-station, and also within minutes of many stores, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend Citizen M, you’ll be in for a cozy stay.

A Brilliant Concept Let Down by Poor Execution First, the positives, of which there are several: • An unbeatable location: The hotel is situated at the start of Newbury Street, one of the city's most vibrant avenues, filled with shops and restaurants. Absolute hot garbage. The bed was extremely uncomfortable . The pillows were lumpy and bumpy and terrible. When We called for alternative pillows or more of the same crap ones they said they didn’t have any. We haven’t gotten any sleep and we made a terrible mistake as a couple to choose citizen M because there is no space in between the beds so one of us has to crawl over the other person to go to the bathroom or get to the airplane sized sink.
