Terrible customer **********************. In March 2024 I bought a CZ Hybrid Smartwatch, with physical hands and digital smart features. After almost a year, the hands got routinely out of synch with the digital time. I sent it to ******** for repair. Citizen told me repair was impossible but offered me some exchange credit toward a new watch (but not a smartwatch and they kept the one I sent). I selected a new model and paid a $71 difference. Sent off a dive watch to citizen be repaired, through Watkins in Clinton Illinois. Citizen informed Watkins that they no longer repair their watches. They now are refusing to send back the watch. My husband is a watch collector but we will never buy a citizen again.

Hello Beth, We are very sorry you feel this way, but appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, as your watch is over 30 years old, we no longer carry its parts, so it is not repairable. However, we did receive a cancellation from Watkins Jewelry on May 13th and we did ship your watch back to them. I tired returning the wrong watch they sent me 3 times. It keep being returned to sender at no fault of mine . ******** service was rude and I accommodating. I would never recommend this company . I'm still in the process of trying to get a refund over a month later .

Hello, In conversation via email with Mr. Ostrander we let him know UPS will return a package if it appears damaged or if there is multiple labels. We offered to reimburse the cost or labels or purchase of a new box to re-ship the return to us, as the box was damaged per the pictures sent by Mr. Ostrander as well as multiple shipping labels were shown in the images.
