Citizen rep (Bob) came out and walked the property. I was told I would receive an estimate in a few days. After a week I called and spoke to (Sherry). I specified I wanted to talk to Bob. She stated she would leave him a message. Called again a few days later same story. Called again. Same story. I called again this week. Same story no return phone calls.
