Michele listened when I told her my hair disaster stories, she really took it in, and at the end said "I have an idea" and WOW did she nail it! Citizen Salon offers a variety of styles with different price ranges to suit individual preferences. I had my hair done by Bethany, who was nice. However, I wish my partial highlights had turned out thicker and richer—they ended up being very thin and turned orange instead of blonde. In hindsight, I should have communicated my preferences more clearly. The total cost for the partial highlights was $310 plus tip, which felt a bit steep given the results.
