Had the opportunity to use Citizen firm. I didn’t have to do anything. Just showed up at the courthouse. My case was dismissed, no charges

Horrible customer service. They dropped the ball and now I have to pay additional $ to correct their mistake. Have always used them in the past, not anymore!!
I retained them for a ticket asked them to get a continuance they never notified me of the new court date . I no longer live on the Houston area .So i would have had to make arrangments to get there. So now i have a no appearance and hige fine i have to pay because this attorney failed to notify me by phone ,email or written notice and they had all of my contact information. Yes i am beyond piss with this firm Somone needs to fix this at the law firm i am just now finding out that i had a failure to appear.

Worst law firm ever(Dallas Branch). I am very much disappointed the way they handled my case. Please donot HIRE this firm if you want be done quickly. These guys donot communicate properly with clients and in my case I paid more than what I had to.
