Pretty rough experience actually. I had an appointment booked for me earlier in August, but it was booked too early for my benefits plan to cover. After paying for an uber both ways, Citizen rebooked because of their error and rebooked me for today (Aug 29).. Today I came and paid for parking and was told that the hygenist wasn't available because of a medical issue. Not sure what is up with these guys, but they aren't reliable at all. I wish I remembered my hygienist name. He made me feel very comfortable and gave me great tip on how to deal with my sensitive teeth. My toddler also had an appointment and everyone was great with her. Made her feel safe and calm.
