They are not very good at returning calls when you leave a message or messages. Staff is very friendly but they are not very organized. For the amount of time I was with them I felt like I was working a part time job just making phone calls between them and the pharmacy so I was able to get my prescriptions when they were due. I also had to wait for (MANY )prior authorizations on a regular basis! So no I will not be recommending this place to anyone for any reason. Do better please !
I got the help i needed. All the staff were very understanding and took the time for me. This is a place to get yourself together. A safe place with compassionate staff.
