Katie is a wonderful mental health counselor. She is kind and empathetic while assisting me with reframing my thinking and perspectives. She has helped me to learn "being kind" to myself and patient with my progress. There have been appointment days when I didn't feel like I could even handle getting out of bed. However, I pushed myself because I know that after seeing her I always feel better and have renewed motivation to keep going. 💜🧡💙💚🩵💛❤️
