As usual, got there a few minutes early & checked in. I waited for 38 minutes. Finally went up to reception & explained that I would need to give the nurse a urine sample and I needed to give that sample Now! She went to try to get a sample cup, but was unable to find one. Nor could she find the nurse. I went to the restroom & flushed my would be sample away…. 5 minutes later she called me into her office for my appointment, 50 minutes late. We have been surprisingly pleased with Citizen Advocates. Dr. Maxwell is reasonable and capable; the office staff are very good about reminders; and the counseling services are just fine.
