Albert and Joshua were the ones who helped me out and they were awesome! I had brought in two citizen watches for them to set up. One was a chronograph and the other was a Radio controlled. Both very hard and complicated watches to set up in my opinion. They were happy to set it up for me and also resized the bracelet for me! I’d highly recommend these guys for any citizen watches or bulova watches. Best place to buy, and best customer service!
Very knowledgeable staff, Albert Wang was very kind and made purchasing my Bolivar great experience.
I was there on a really busy Saturday and a gentleman named Leo helped me out. He had a very calm and collected demeanor but was still super attentive and insightful about the watches. He was wearing a really nice swiss watch himself and showed me a couple of high end swiss pieces but I ended up picking up a regular Bulova instead. He didn't leave me a business card but I saw his name on my receipt. Thanks again Citizen!
I would give zero stars if I could. I had the worst experience at this store today. There were two sales associates who showed absolutely no interest in helping us. When I asked one of them for assistance, he responded, "If you don't like the attitude, you can go buy at Bloomingdale's." He also made comments such as, "Do you know these watches are very expensive?" which came across as rude and condescending.
