Amazing experience. I went in, told them which exact watch I want, boy gave me two colors, I tried the black one, he said it’s 25% off, I tried it, looks good. I told him I’m buying it, he said cool. Boxed it, gave me the warranty, gave me a cool case, told me to wear it, cause it’s solar, needs charging, I said cool. Gave me the shopping bag. I was out in 7 mins. I stopped by the Citizen store on 9/27 in the afternoon. I brought my brand new watch to get adjusted. I spoke to an Asian gentleman wearing glasses and I asked if he could assist. He simply told me that he doesn't know how to adjust it and even if he did, there would be a charge. He started boxing my watch back up before even asking me if I was willing to pay the charge. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. I came in to browse watches, but from the moment I stepped in, the salesperson was rude (Asian Skinny Guy), condescending, and completely uninterested in assisting. Instead of showing me the pieces, he began making sarcastic comments, asking intrusive questions about my budget, and implying I couldn't afford a $600 watch. Easily the worst in-store experience so far for me. The associate looks totally disinterested and acted with so much attitude. He kept throwing phrases that make it sound like we’re wasting his time right from when we entered the store. He kept answering questions sarcastically. Would avoid this place Edit: Just saw another review from 4 months ago about a balding associate, it’s the same guy and had the exact same attitude. If you’re reading, save yourself some time and work where your non-existent manners are appreciated
