Great gym. EJ and Erin have done a great job at keeping the best parts of cross fit and deleting the bad aspects. The result is a beginner friendly training environment that will provide modifications if you are coming off an injury and will give you plenty of opportunity to push beyond your limit if you are not.

Great experience dropping in for a week. Did the 3 for 30 program and attended the weekend classes. Great programming. Very solid gym.

I never thought I would regularly go to a gym, least of all enjoy it. But, from a complete Crossfit newbie I've been coming back for 2 years and it's been worth every cent. I started to try to prevent/slow down recurring injuries. Not only has the team of friendly, helpful coaches guided me in how to do that, but it's a great little community and sessions that always make you feel broken in a very good way. I've been going to this gym for the past two years, and it has truly made me stronger, both physically and mentally. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and always push you to do your best. The environment is friendly and welcoming, making every workout enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to work out!!
