Citizen do not keep estates clean as I've noticed on there new estate near spechley it's stating look very untidy and lot of locals have noticed this and bringing area down about time sorted this out.
Beware having a tenancy with these! Lived in my property for 6 years with 3 young children and had recurring issues of rats getting into my property through the walls and drains. Property is supposed to be habitable during tenancy and landlords have a health and safety responsibility. Pests such as rats are classed as a hazard, they can bite and carry diseases that can transmit to humans for example hantavirus.
