Laughed in our faces when we asked for a skateboarding product? Condescending and unwelcoming. Go to any other shop in Chicago.
Completely awful experience, shop keeper named James was a complete A hole and met every question with a off handed rude comment. I don’t know if the guy was having a bad day but his treatment towards a customer was the prime example of what not to do. Never coming back and if you decide to go here I’d advise walking on eggshells as to not upset the staff. I’m sad to share one of my first names with that loser
Really nice spot for skate shoes especially Emerica and és I had to grab a pair of each!
I think his name was James, he was awesome! Super helpful and clearly a nice guy. I left with everything I was hoping to get and he set up my deck.
