CITIWide was sent out to my house to look at my garage door from my home warranty company. They were the second company that came out. The 1st company was horrible and a total scam saying I needed all these parts (not covered by warranty of course per them). They never even submitted the paperwork to the warranty company to follow up on. Turns out all it needed was some libricant at the wheels, and that's it. No more loud sqweeling. Best Garage door service in town! I am a very busy small business owner and James went above and beyond. Came to my home (on time) fixed the issue quickly, reprogrammed the remote control and even reinstalled the keypad on the wall. Convenient and affordable. Definitely 100% satisfied, Thank you James!

This company is outstanding.A few bumps with the Warranty Company. I have been in business for almost 50 years, and would give them more than a five star. The owner drove all the way from Mesa to Scottsdale to help mend my problem with my tech. They did it right and were honest. I highly recommend this company with any garage opener or door issues.They were priced fair and made sure I was happy with everything before they left. Great job guys!
