I hired CitiTurf for a pest control service 10 days ago, and it feels like they didn't even attempt to do the job. After their visit, they completely missed multiple active wasp nests around my property. When I called customer service to address the issue, I spoke with Martha, who was utterly unprofessional, rude, and aggressive. Treatment has been excellent by CitiTurf. Weather has been brutal and impossible to water enough.
