Professional staff and friendly.
This is my third visit and every time has been a breeze. I call around for pricing and they are always the lowest and bulk billed one of my MRIs that another provider would not. This time I had 2 MRIs in one appointment. Jess booked me in and was lovely and helpful. The guy that did the MRIs was also lovely but I do not remember his name. Thanks Lesley.
The staff members were kind, the process was simple and quick. Specially Jane was very friendly and made the comfortable atmosphere during scanning. Really appreciated service 👍🏻
If it's going to be an hour wait at least put a sign out front so we don't waste further time in line, or better yet, let us schedule an appointment. Please respect your patients time.
