Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Lack of communication, lack of integrity, lack of sophistication, lack of transparency, lack of value - you name it. We originally submitted an offer for one of their listings in July and heard nothing from Eric for weeks. After deciding to walk away due to the lack of communication, THEY pulled us back in, and we executed an LOI. A couple more weeks went along and we did not make much progress. The advertisement of the Pinnacle Condominiums were good.
A terrible unprofessional experience. Especially with Eric who asked inappropriate questions and treated me unlike any other person in the business world all while He made assumptions on my business and my success because of my age and gender. I Never even got to meet with a landlord because of this company’s picture they decided to paint of me when I am well over qualified for a space. Would never recommend using this business they were nothing but a waste of my time.
I emailed them last week about a property and haven't heard back from them yet.,guess they don't want to sell it
