Terrible organization. You can't get in touch with a live person to discuss getting important account documents that I need sent to me. Their phone message when calling 800-283-7918 clearly states that there are no representatives available to speak and everything must me done via email or fax. How lovely. I truly hope the company goes bankrupt and with no Federal bailout to rescue them.
Hello, If I could I would give this institution a negative 10 stars. There was an outstanding mortgage on my father's place since 1993. In that time the mortgage was satisfied but not recorded. As this matter was holding up the sale of his place funds were placed in escrow. CitiMortgage did file a satisfaction, it was incorrectly processed and we have been asking for the correct one now going on 6 MONTHS. ALL WE WANT IS FOR THIS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF!!!!!!!!!!!
I have worked there for years and they are a good company.
I just dropped off my girlfriend there for work!! Lol but from what she says it's a great place to work with good benefits!!
