Carla shows great customer service at all times. She knows her work well and is always very helpful in responding to my concerna. She showed empathy, understanding, and caring for me as a patient. This is a big contrast to the woman who replaced her for a short while, Trisha- or whatever her actual name was since she lied to so much. I was very happy and grateful to see Carla again today because during her absence the customer Service I received was awful.
I want to commend Carline on her professionalism. She is very kind and extremely entertaining. She does her job really well and knows her stuff and she also gives the best massages. Kevaughn is very helpful and professional. Trishay has good professionalism and customer service skills. I enjoy coming to my visits.
Excellent pain management and physical therapy clinic here in Pompano. Great staff and very knowledgeable.
