If I could zero stars I would. Do not come here for MRI’s or X-Rays, ever. They overbook and leave patients waiting for hours before being called. I had an 11am appointment and it is now 2 hours and 7 minutes later and I have yet to be called. The facility itself looks like it was built with the cheapest material available and its in the basement. It is dark and gloomy and it smells of old carpet. Great service front desk is very attentive
I linked myself to personal injury care at this location after suffering injuries due to an automobile accident. Fortunately, I chose care at a location that's extremely thorough when providing care. The occupational clinician is so detailed, and he cares that you get the appropriate referrals required to better your condition. All the staff personnel at the front desk go above and beyond to provide the best service. The staff at the physical therapy department are extremely professional and helpful. When I arrived to my appointment I enter through the front entrance. The elevator wasnt working and there’s were no clear direction how to enter the building. Once I did find the building. I was creeped out the entire time. I had to go through a back door located on the side of the building that went through a creepy basement. I was on time to my appointment, unfortunately I had a hard time finding the building therefore I was late 10 minutes. The receptionist could have disclosed that their main entrance is closed.
