I have a mutual who goes here and it’s very upsetting how unprofessional this place is. When appointments are made the time slot it’s made for should be respected. Waiting hours and hours to be seen for treatment is UNACCEPTABLE. And it’s the same thing every time and no one seems to care. Offices like this are quick to cancel your appointment when you’re running late but when they have you waiting for hours they don’t care.
