Poor experience with Nick Gillespie, a manager at Citimark.
Cheap construction materials and installation to the point of being unsafe. Terrible customer service and no accountability.
Excellent after sales support and warranty excellent response. The team of Citimark attended an issue with our property they go beyond their duty to fix any problem. Mr Richard Dang and his team impressed me with their dedication to solve the issues with electricity to our dryer which was a difficult fix with barely a small access to work but they did not mind to finish the job. Even the dryer tech from Whirlpool refused to work here but not Citimark team they solved the problem in one hour.
