Opened an account and was lied to about a promotion. Not terrible customer service, but the reps can't do anything for you except calm you down for nothing.
Came to the building because it says they have an ATM and the building was locked no ATM in sight drove 20 minutes for nothing

PLEASE Don't finance anything with Citi Bank and affiliates. I wish I go back and not do business with them at all. This business gets a -10 from me!!!!
