18 year customer. No loyalty on their end. Vague generic letter about closing account. The customer service departments are trained to say i understand or whatnot and ask what can they do to help and then say we can't do anything to help. I would give negative stars if possible. They have no problem making money of people but toss you to the side with zero loyalty. Then they get upset when you tell them you are closing out all other accounts as you no longer care to do business with them. Make that make sense. Awful company ... read more

Christopher Folz should be denied access to a telephone until he undergoes a course on effective communication. His current behavior is highly inappropriate and unprofessional. An individual with such a demeanor representing an esteemed organization like the city group is likely to negatively impact client retention.
